About Us

"I moved here from El Dorado, Arkansas in July 1995, with my husband. We were never involved in soccer because that was not a program that was offered at our school. Our oldest daughter asked to play soccer when she was three (the only sport that she could play at that age), so we signed her up. However, come Spring her coach had a family emergency and had to be gone. Randy took over as coach (knowing absolutely nothing about the sport). He and I have now been coaching together for 5 years. Both of our daughters are enjoying soccer with TLSA and that is the most important thing to us. We challenge our girls to do their best and have fun doing it."
"I joined the Twin Lakes Soccer Association board in the Spring of 2004 as the Vice President. I enjoyed working with the kids and love to see a smile on each face. I was honored last Spring (2005) when I was elected as President of TLSA. However great the honor, I had no idea the challenges that would come. With the help of family, friends, volunteers, and SPONSORs we have had great success in growing the youth soccer program. Nothing puts a smile on my face like seeing the smile on the face of a child."

I moved to Mountain Home with my wife and two children in March of 2005, from Sikeston, Missouri. There I was involved with the Sikeston Youth Soccer League and the YMCA indoor and outdoor leagues. I coached both recreational teams and all-star teams in these leagues. I am currently coaching my  son's U10  team with the Twin Lakes Soccer Association.

“I moved to Mountain Home in October 1997, and started coaching soccer as an assistant U-10 coach in 2002. After becoming familiar with the game and its strategies, I began coaching a U-10 that following year. Today, I enjoy coaching a U-10, as well as serving as Treasurer on the Twin Lakes Soccer Association Board of Directors. There is a group of dedicated parents that make the Twin Lakes Soccer Assocation a great organization and a great place to play soccer. They work very hard and I am proud to be a part of that group. The kids benefit from their dedication and I look forward to making more improvements to the program in future years."
"The North Centeral Arkansas Soccer Foundation has provided the association and the kids of our community with a first class facility. Each year, we have more soccer programs from the north Arkansas region utilizing these facilities. I believe this can be a regional location for quality tournament play in future seasons. It only requires people with vision and determination to make these possibilities a reality for the youth of north-central Arkansas.”
